This is a Charlie Sheen free zone?? No tears shed in this post?? Dismissed from team for having sex?? A women saves a families life?? Cubs in regular season form?? All this inside this edition of Rants and Raves.

I don’t know what all the uproar is about Brandon Davies being suspended for saying he had sex with his girl friend. If I get this right, Brigham Young University is owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. All students are required to follow an honor code, which states academic honesty, attend church regularly, dress and grooming standards, no to the consumption of coffee, drugs and alcohol and abstinence from extramarital sex. It is a code that Brandon excepted when he enrolled at BYU without anyone twisting his arm. Believe me, I am not the religious type. I do not care when you have sex as long as your of age. But, what does matter is following rules and regulations of institutions that have them. I give BYU credit for sticking by its code.

Kimberly Wohlers is a hero according to her husband Mark, a former Braves pitcher. She is credited with saving the lives of the family from a fire that destroyed their suburban Atlanta home. Mark says his wife woke him up then got upstairs “quicker than I can blink an eye” to get the couple three children ages 3, 5, and 7.

What a loser Carson Palmer is. He is demanding to be traded. He told a confidant he "will never set foot in Paul Brown Stadium again." Mike Brown, owner of the Bengals said he has no plans on trading the quarterback because he is crucial to the team. Palmer said "I have $80 million in the bank. I don't have to play football for money. I'll play it for the love of the game but that would have to be elsewhere. I'm prepared to live my life."

The Cubs are in regular season form. The haven’t even started the season and the Cubs are fighting amongst themselves. There was a confrontation between Carlos Silvia, who is trying to be a Cubs starter and Aramis Ramirez. In the first inning, Ramirez made one of three Cubs errors and Silva gave up two home runs as the Brewers grabbed a 6-1 lead. It was after the inning when the scuffle ensued.

What a disgrace the officials of the St. Johns versus Rutgers game were. Jim Burr, Tim Higgins and Earl Walton failed to officiate the game until the final buzzer. There was 1.7 second left in the game when St. Johns Justin Brownlee stepped out of bounds celebrating. The refs were walking off the court. The Red Storm ended up winning 65-53.

Are the Red sox moving in right field 10 feet to make it easier for Adrian Gonzalez to hit homeruns?? No not really. According to reports, the Red Sox plan to widen the Fenway Park bullpens, moving the right-field fence in by six to nine feet in the process.

Now isn’t Bree Olson someone we would rather talk about than what’s his name. See I told you this was a C%!!#ie Sh#%n free zone.

Okay, I’m crying because I can only dream of having Bree. Anyone have a handkerchief??
