I have to be honest, I was really sure what to write about...Most the stuff going on, like Jay Cutler has been beaten to death...No one cares about the Pro-Bowl...The NHL is on their All-Star break, so i have been missing hockey...I don't care about the basketball, or the fact that the Cavaliers are the worst team in the NBA...I'm not shocked by this news...I know some people are excited that pitchers and catcher report soon...I'm not...If there is still snow on the ground, I'm not into baseball...So since it traditionally snows on opening day here in the Cleve, I won't give a damn about that until May...So what to write about?
Well, word came down last night that Jeff Fisher will no longer be the Tennessee Titans head coach...Many were shocked...And now many people are saying how they'd love to have him coaching their team...WHY? I' not joking, WHY? The guy has had 6 winning seasons, in his 16 as a a head coach...That doesn't seem that fucking great to me...Why the hell is this guy so overrated? Why do people love him as a coach? I'm not knocking him as a person...I'm knocking him as a coach...He hasn't won shit, and only had 6 winning seasons...So why would you want him coaching your team? He's not that good! Fuck him!
Another hot topic has been the possible work stoppage in the NFL...Listen, if the NFL PA and the owners didn't learn from the mistakes of Major League Baseball and the NHL, then all I can say is fuck'em! Baseball needed steroids to help them recover, and now almost every player and his numbers are questioned because of it...The NHL is still trying to get back in the mix...When hillbillies driving around in circles is considered #4 in sports over Hockey, there's fucking problem...And Gary Bettman is still trying figure out where he went wrong...What a fuck-tard!
Earlier in the Week I posted a clip from "The Wire"...I'm gonna post another one that I get a kick out of...Why do I get a kick out of this...Because in this scene there is pasty as hell white boy, trying his hardest to be black...Don't take this the wrong way, there's nothing wrong with being black...But White guys dropping N-Bombs to their boys like it's no big deal is fucked up...We've all seen these dolts...Hell anyone, no matter what color trying to copy a gangsta, thug life seems stupid to me...But if you are, have your own style...

Okay, I sit here writing this with the Steelers and Jets game on in the background, and it's looking like the Steelers are going to win...The Packers won the early game, but I have nothing for ya on that one...I slept through the whole game...I woke up this morning feeling like a lump of shit, and it didn't get better after 3 Motrin, and more sleep...What did this to me...Was it the Mexican food the wife and I had yesterday at Si Senor...I don't think so, it was petty damn tasty, and the wife was okay...Maybe it was the fart my wife ripped while she was giving me a blow job!
Who knows, but after sleeping through the Packers and bears game I'm feeling a bit better...I didn't expect the Bears to win...They needed to play a perfect game against a very good Packer defense, and a hot Packer offense...
It's late in the Steelers/Jets game...When it's over maybe I'll say something about it...But first, let me pimp something I'm doing on Fridays...I started it a few weeks ago, and I want let people know it's out there...I do my Monday Moaning...Wednesday I do the Hump Day Hits...Fridays I'm doing the FINGER_POP...Some quick blasts of things that are on my mind, and then some great asses to look at, and that could use a good finger pop!

Moving on from this football shit...The NHL "All-Star" Game is coming up in February, and if you didn't know, they have changed the format...AGAIN...Yes the NHL has tried to mix it up before, but this time, it's really different...
The NHL picked two Captains...Nicklas Linstrom from Detroit and Eric Staal from Carolina...They will draft their respective teams, instead of fan voting and all that other bullshit...The Alternate Captains have been added and will help with the selection process...Mike Green from Washington, and Ryan Kesler from Vancouver will be Staal's alternates...Patrick Kane from Chicago and Martin St.Louis from Tampa Bay will be Linstrom's alternates...
I'm really interested to see how this plays out...Will St.Louis push for his teammate Steven Stamkos...What if Kane's Teammates Patrick Sharp and Jonathan Toews are on the board then? Will Kesler push to get of the Sedin brothers on team Linstrom? Will Staal go after friend s from Thunder Bay, or his goalie in Carolina Cam Ward? What about his brothers? This could be something exciting for the NHL, but it could also end up a mess...I don't understand ditching the Eastern Conference vs. Western Conference format...We shall see...

Another weekend has passed by, and Monday is here again...This week, I have no idea what I'm writing...You may be scratching your head and wondering why...I mean hell, there were 4 NFL playoff games this weekend...Well, the Beeze took a big, fat, 0-4 this weekend...I worked Saturday, so I was lucky enough to not have to watch those two games I was on the wrong side of...
Sunday I tapped out of the Bears/Seahawks game at halftime...The Seahawks looked like crap, and Cutler looked good...By good I mean, not throwing it to the other team...Then came the big game...The only one I wanted to watch...Jets versus Patriots...But somehow I lost control of my TV when I was working on my Chicken Chili...As I cleaned the kitchen, a mess that was left from Saturday while I was at work, and kept an eye on the chili, I listened to the game on the radio...Holy Westwood One has shitty coverage...First, I hate Randy Cross...Second, the play-by-play guy couldn't stop mentioning Brady putting his hands "in the hand warmer hanging at his belt"...Over and over...Fucking die douchebag!
Then I was getting ready to sit down and watch the 4th quarter...My wife and daughter informed me that it was time for the Golden Globes Red Carpet Show, followed by the Golden Globes...Well fuck me! Stop the world...A bunch of rich douchebags are getting together to pat each other on the back for playing pretend...FUCK!!!
So I go to the man cave/play room for the 4th...Why did I even bother...The Jets defense had played great all day, and the Patriots offense was off their game...The Patriots look as bad Sunday, as they did in the game they lost to the Browns...I'm not disrespected the Jets with that comment...The Jets did a lot of the same things the Browns did...They threw the Pats off, and at times the exposed the New England defense the way it had been so many times this year...Only this time the Patriots offense couldn't carry the team...Congrats to the Jets, even though I hate them!

So now the Jets go to Pittsburgh, and the Packers go to Chicago...So I'll make my picks now, but clearly you shouldn't bet the kids college fund based on my predictions...I'm taking the Steelers and the Bears...If the Jets get into the "Super Bowl" after all the preseason hype, and "Hard Knocks" and all the bullshit, I'll be one step closer to becoming one of those people who think the NFL is fixed...
In other NFL news...THE_BROWNS_HIRED_PAT_SHURMUR to be their new head coach...Clearly you should click that link to get my thoughts...Let's just say it wasn't the most exiting or sexy move to make...One local radio host couldn't stop going on and on about the fact the Shurmur got the job because of NEPOTISM...Which is really funny, because his father is one of the owners of the radio station he runs his stupid yap on...What a dolt!
I haven't written much about Hockey this year so far...I always get wrapped up in Football season, and the I jump into Hockey late...So expect to start getting some more Hockey soon...Actually, my Rangers took on rival Philadelphia Sunday...Shit always gets heated with these two teams...

As for the National Championship Game...I thought it was pretty good...It was hyped to be a shootout between to high-powered offenses, but Auburn's defense was outstanding...And Oregon's defense played a lot better then I expected...Cam Newton was good...But the Auburn front 7 were the real stars of the game...
And now, maybe we all should except that the SEC is the best conference in College Football, considering they just took the last 6 titles...
Trevor Hoffman has decided to retire...He ends his career with 601 saves...Is that enough for this closer to get into the Baseball Hall of Fame? Who knows with how those ass-hats vote!
Michigan has hired Brady Hoke to be their new Head Football Coach...Honestly, I don't know anything about him, and I'm not willing to research the guy...the only thing I care about Michigan football, is watching them lose!
This week in the NFL playoffs, I'm gonna give you my predictions...Patriots roll the Jets and Rex Ryan, and his stupid big mouth! The Ravens will beat the Steelers in a close battle...The Falcons will take-out the Packers...And the Seahawks will shock people again...Upsetting the Bears...But if not, take the Seahawks with the points anyways...they'll keep it close!...
The shooting in Arizona is still a hot topic all over the TV and well, it should be...But too many people are trying to spin it to make others look bad, or to try and push their agenda...I tuned into the Daily Show, and once again, I was happy to see Jon Stewart, once again, being the voice of reason...Although, isn't hat kinda sad, that the Daily show puts the "news" networks to shame...

After the Seahawks_shocked_the_Saints Saturday they may have changed some minds...Especially since they were the only home team to pull out a win this weekend...
That's right, the Colts lost at home to the Jets...The Chiefs lost at home to the Ravens (not that surprising)...And the Eagles lost at home to the Packers...Maybe home field doesn't mean as much as some people like to think...(except in Seattle right!)
I'm glad the Jets won...After big fat, Rex Ryan was swinging on Peyton Manning's nuts last week, and taking a couple little jabs at Tom Brady, I can't wait to see the Pats give the Jets another beating...Yes I said another beating...Rex and others seem to like to forget the 45-3 beating the Patriots gave them a few weeks back...And you know Bill Belichick with two weeks to get ready, is just licking his chops...It's going to be "Must see TV!"
Now, all this sports stuff is nice, and I'll get back to it in a minute, but I have to talk about the weekend's biggest story...Saturday afternoon, some asshole named Jared Loughner, and yes, I'm judging him right from jump, he's an asshole...Anyways, said asshole opened fire on an Arizona Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords, and a the group of people who went to met her, and speak with her...6 people were killed, including a 9 year old girl, and a federal judge...The reasons why he did this aren't known...Many are saying he's just nuts...Clearly! Some think it's purely political...Maybe, but these only leads back to nuts...Let me explain...
The government pisses me off constantly, but I'm not out there shooting at politicians...And I'm sure as hell not shooting at random people near a politician...Seriously asshole, what did a 9 year old girl do to piss you off...How did she deserve this...She didn't! The way it looks, the only person in that crowd Saturday that should have been shot was the asshole, Jared Loughner...
Gabrielle Giffords was doing what we want so many other politicians to do...She was meeting with constituents, speaking with them, and listening to them...The 9 year old girl was there, because she wanted to learn more about the political system...Christ, she could have been the one to fix this screwed up political world...
If this was at all politically motivated, then what does this say about us as Americans? It says we aren't far off from being just like a the crazy, fanatical, asshole Muslims, that will kill anyone for having a different view then them...Fuck that!
Politicians need to disagree without the hatred...Even if it is just staged hatred...And yes, Sarah Palin may want to stop making "target lists" which Gabrielle Giffords was on...I'm not putting the blame on her, the fuck-tard that she is, but politicians and the TV talking heads need to be more responsible with their words...No offense, but not everyone of the people watching, or listening are mentally stable, or even smart...And too many of these dopes on TV and radio play to the lowest common denominator...
We're suppose to be better than this America...
