Saturday, shortly after 6:00PM, Orb will try to take the second step towards the Triple Crown...Will another horse stop his quest for horse racing immortality?

Former NHL'er, Eddie Olczyk is quite the Horse Racing fan, and apparently he predicted and nailed the Trifecta for the Derby...So today he made his prediction for Saturday...4-1-6...Yep, he's taking (4) Departing to beat (1) Orb, with (6) Oxbow coming in 3rd...

A lot of people like (2) Goldencents...My boss included...And he knows his horses...He thinks if the track is dry, Goldencents can go wire to wire....

If Orb wins, I won't be shocked, but I'll go with Departing...I'll also be throwing a couple bucks down on (9) Itsmyluckyday...Why not? It's called gambling for a reason!

The Kentucky Derby is Saturday, and it's always a fun time for my family...We like to all pick horses and have a  fun family wager...I also like to make some legitimate bets as well...Her are the Horses, their Post Position, and their odds...

Everyone likes Orb...Hell, I did before they made him a 7-2 favorite...Not much money to be made there...

I like the 3 horse, Revolutionary(10-1)...He likes the rail, and so does his jockey...If he gets a clean start he'll do well...

Lot's of people don't like a horse that is way outside....I don't mind...That's why I like the 19 horse, Java's War...Strong horse there...

Then there is the 12 horse Itsmyluckyday...Just Like Java's War, he's 15-1...I like that...And this horse could very well be your winner...

If you're looking at doing a Trifecta, Exacta, Perfecta, that stuff...Make sure you've got Goldencents (5-1) in there...

As for long shots (50-1)...I don't know....Black Onyx seemed like the best long shot to me, but he was scratched today with a chip in one of his ankles...

 CBS message boards used to be great  cuz you could track stories you commented on via your profile. You suffered the usual trolls, but you also could find interesting discussion that were more than 2- second twitter ejaculations.

CBS Fantasy Sports have been weak except for college football where they 're  the best  due to poor competition.

What they did with fantasy baseball is dizzying. They went from too little info to TMI.

CBS made no formal announcement and I had to find this via a non CBS outlet.

We've lost a member of our community today: Larry "Nutball" Novak (http://yougabsports.com/profile/larrynutball) passed away today after a prolonged series of ailments. I'll remember him fondly for his bad jokes, and his even worse football picks as "the expert." It's rare to run into a guy who is so genuinely self-effacing and openly willing to become the butt of a joke to get a smile. He was in poor health for some time, and today his stamina, and body's ability to keep his fight going failed him. We've lost a genuine personality and a man kind of heart, if not a comedian. Godspeed Larry. I'm sorry I had no idea how ill you were, but I'm happy to have called you a friend. Even if you did root for the Jets.

First, April Fools Day is and always has been fucking stupid...I don't know how and why it started, and I don't give a shit enough to research it...

Second, The Plain Dealer is fucking stupid, and must think all Clevelanders are as stupid as their staff...Basketball is in it's season right now...Why the fuck would LeBron James, or any active player sign somewhere...Oh wait, they can't...They are already playing and under contract...And anyone who would give a damn knows that James isn't a free agent...This is just fucking stupid...The entire staff should be fired...Which would help the already dying Plain Dealer...This rag has sucked for years...

Third, if you're going to go to the trouble of doing a April Fools joke...Make it semi-realistic...And try to be funny...This was just stupid, and lazy...Fuck the Plain Dealer!

Shit like this is why everyone rips on Cleveland!
