  When I write, I usually go to YouTube first and start listening to music.  After a while, I am in a writing mood.  You know that a lot of music ends up in my posts.  You might call it a mixed bag of old to new.

  Can't be listening to music and write too. I just can't concentrate on the writing if Ozzy is screaming or Mark Knopfler is playing guitar. Music sends me some where else.

  While I do listen to music at times when writing a blog, there is no specific requirement on WHAT I listen to when writing. I could listen to a country music CD or blast some thrash metal. All depends on my mood.
